Terms and Conditions

Role & Responsibility of our Relationship Manager:

Step 1: After service activation we will assign the relationship manager.

Step 2: Relationship Manager will understand your requirement and share you the matching prospects from our database. As per weekly or alternate days schedule RM will send proposals depend on the service package availed by client.

Step 3: Once RM assigned he/she will send the profiles, give you call and update you regarding the proposals. Post your confirmations about the proposals, he/she will approach the bride or groom’s family on your behalf and take follow up with them unless RM gets response.

Step 4: Based on feedback RM will update.

Step 5: Monday – Friday Approach the candidates and every weekend at least one or two meetings will be scheduled based on candidates response.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. We take only 120 days to fix up the marriage. In case the thing will not materialize, the company will refund 50% of your  full amount. If a customer wants to continue, your service will continue without any fees.
  2. Customers will get 4 to 5 profiles as per the weekly schedule for assisted service.
  3. In case after getting good responses from RM, the customer still doesn’t want to continue and wants a refund, in that case the service team will study the case and justify the condition if it is applicable for refund.
  4. Response from the client will be highly required. Due to lack of response also ID will be deactivated from our end after 30 days. In that case the company is not responsible for refunding the charges.
  5. If there is a delay from our end or quality of service is not satisfied as per the standard or unable to fix up marriage after getting matched then based on customer’s request we will refund the amount.
  6. Amount will be refunded within 12-15 working days post we receive a request from the customer if its satisfied above conditions.
  7. Refund Policy will be applicable only on Till Marriage Assisted Service.

 

 

VIP Packages
1) You will get an online , offline and verified profiles both database access.
2) Chatting facility with unlimited profile access. Go for everydays schedule facility (Monday to Friday).
3) Will get all Indian & NRI profiles and your RM will approach the online and offline database as well.
4) Verified profiles access only you will get.
5) Refund facilities also get a VIP Assisted plan which is 70% of the total amount.
